Enjoy a full day of leaning Thai massage with lots of practical hands on experience too!
You will come away with some practical tools for working on friends or family and leave with a sense of renewed energy and lightness!

The workshop will include:

• An introduction to the yoga related background of Thai yoga massage. 
• An explanation of the various massage techniques involved. 
• Demonstrations by two advanced practitioners. 
•  Hands-on experience as a giver and receiver.

These workshops are great for people who simply want to learn a little about the ancient healing therapy but also is a great introduction to the full practitioner diploma course starting in JANUARY 204. We’ll start at 10am and finish at 5pm. The cost is £70 payable in advance to secure your place. If you decide to go on to the full training course you’ll get an extra £35 discount on the cost of the course.
